Paula L. Woodring is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of RELTCO, a nationally recognized title and settlement services company providing comprehensive residential and commercial title solutions in all 50 states.
As CEO, Paula leads the company's strategic vision, corporate operations, business development, and national expansion while overseeing licensing, compliance, and regulatory initiatives that support RELTCO's continued growth. Her hands-on leadership style, combined with an unwavering commitment to exceptional client service, has established RELTCO as a trusted partner for lenders, financial institutions, real estate professionals, investors, and commercial clients nationwide.
With more than 35 years of experience in the mortgage and title insurance industries, Paula has built a career defined by innovation, operational excellence, and relationship-driven leadership. Since founding RELTCO in 2013, she has successfully transformed the company into a respected national organization known for delivering personalized service, responsive communication, and customized solutions across a diverse range of real estate transactions.
A recognized industry leader, Paula is passionate about mentoring others, fostering a culture of integrity and accountability, and empowering her team to exceed client expectations. Outside of RELTCO, Paula enjoys traveling, supporting numerous local and national charitable organizations, and spending time with her family. She is an avid animal lover with a lifelong passion for interior design. Splitting her time between Florida and Missouri, Paula continues to lead RELTCO's nationwide growth while remaining committed to giving back to the communities she serves.
